Is it the best?
Pros: Fast, full-featured, wireless, both Compact Flash AND SDIO. Cons: Big and thick. Bottom Line: Wow.
Pros: Fast, dual slots, excellent screen and D-Pad, replaceable batteries, compact... You name it. Cons: PocketPC 2003 has its share of problems, Case sucks, Itask must die. Bottom Line: The HP iPAQ 2215; the PDA that's all about functionality
