Pros: Very cool running machine!
Cons: Has proprietary HP software loaded. 2-hour battery.
This is the first HP laptop I've owned (have had Compaqs, toshibas, Thinkpads in the past). I chose this over any Toshiba as I've seen too many hardware issues with Toshiba. This laptop is very durable and well-built! I upgraded the RAM to 2GB, and it has plenty of power to run an Oracle database as well as beefy server applications, while still staying cool on the bottom! The battery life is 2 hours, but it's either longer battery or a cool running processor, so I chose this model.
