Great Unit! But what about the skipping issue?

Author's Rating: Rating: 5/5 stars

Pros: Outstanding access to your music.
Ability to create categories.
Deleting tracks you don't like.

Cons: Time getting all of your CDs loaded but fun to reacquaint yourself with your CDs.

Bottom Line:
I would recomment it to anyone who has a large CD collection that mostly sits on your shelf.  This lets you hear your music every day. Read More at Epinions.com

Is the CD Obsolete as a Dinosaur? With Sony's 300 Disc Player, it Ain't!

Author's Rating: Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: Great way to store and organize your CD Collection. Disc labeling.

Cons: All of those empty "Jewel" boxes. Display-Front Panel hard to read unless at eye-level.

Bottom Line:
Great for organizing large CD Collections. Optical output not worth cost of cable. Player and CDs should last forever.(This one did not.)

Nice unit if you have near-mint CDs

Author's Rating: Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: 300 CD capacity, keyboard entry, relatively good value

Cons: Doesn't handle CD scratches well. Short CD text entry fields

Bottom Line:
Easy (but labor intensive) setup, nice feature set, good price make this a great unit with the caveat that it doesn't handle flawed CDs well. Read More at Epinions.com

Bottom Line:
I recommend this unit to anyone who has a large collection and does not want to continuously have to change the Cds one or five at a time. Read More at Epinions.com
