We got one of this as a Christmas gift and it has worked flawlessly for six months. It is superior in every way to any drip carafe style coffee maker. Just a few of it's advantages: It never boils over. The coffee never burns, no matter how often you reset the warmer. It never leaks or drips (the condensation problem must have been fixed in the design. Condensation now drips into the reservoir). There has never been a single ground in any cup of coffee. It brews very fast. Water and coffee level is easy to see. It looks good and is well built of high quality material. It brews the best cup of coffee I have ever tasted from a home or office coffee maker. At around $40.00, it's reasonably priced but these are selling on Ebay for as low as $15.00 plus S&H. It now comes in white, if the black one doesn't fit your decor. It is very simple to operate and program.

The only thing I would change is the location or design of the digital display. Move it up, backlight it, or use LEDs instead of a LCD. We have ours on a fairly low table, so the display is hard to read. If it sits on a countertop, this would not be a problem. If you are replacing a coffee maker or buying one as a gift, the Brew Station is what to buy.
