Cons: May be difficult to fill a travel mug, depending on size of the mug.

I absolutely love this coffee maker! So much so, that I have bought many to give as gifts.

The "bucket" is easy to clean and easy to fill, as is the filter basket. The water resorvior is wide, so no spills when adding the water. The coffee maker comes apart easily to clean and fill, and goes together just as easily, and all parts are hand washable. The coffee maker is made of all plastic parts, so no worries about dropping the glass pot and braking it. The gentle warming unit means no stale tasting coffee. The construction of the coffee maker allows for dispensing a cup before the brewing process is completed.

This coffee maker leaves no mess or dribbles when dispensing a cup. The coffee maker shuts off automatically after two hours, so no worries about accidently leaving the unit on all day. The coffee brews just as quickly as in any other coffee maker. Since there is no burner, there is no chance of accidently burning yourself.

The only problem I've ever had is trying to fill a tall cup such as a travel mug. This coffee maker takes up no more counter space than any other coffee maker.
