We saw it and liked the idea. Then received one for Christmas from our kids. It runs constantly at our house.
After fighting with other coffee makers that leak, get jammed with grounds, spill when poured and eventually break... this is a real winner.
Never an overflow from grounds stuck in the dispenser. No odd sized pots with lips that drip on everything or break (you can never find the right replacements). Hot coffee for 2 hours always ready. Timer and clock easy to setup.
Warmer runs for 2 hours but at our house 12 cups seldom lasts that long. A push of a button resets the 2 hour limit. Hot coffee is sealed in a chamber so there's never a problem with oxidation and acid bitter taste like there is with an open pot.
