The Bottom Line:
I would recommend this truck to my best friend. It looks good [a real head turner], and it runs good. I can't think of anything bad to say.
I really enjoy owning this truck!! It has the flare side or the side step body style. It is very attractive to look at. The color is the indigo blue the dealership added several decal stripes. It has a six cylinder engine with plenty of pep. I'm not afraid to run with the big boys out on the highway. Very comfortable, if I am not careful, I will be going to fast before I know it. I traded a 1993 Dodge Dakota, on this truck. What a difference!!! This truck is larger and more space and you sit up higher, so it makes it easier to see the traffic around you. The daytime running lights and automatic head lights are a nice safety feature. The headlights come on automatically when it is dark enough. I even notice they came on for a cloudy day. The daytime lights are bright enough for someone to see you coming. The Dakota also had a 6-cylinder, but this G.M.C. gets better gas mileage. I am very impressed with the way the seat sits. It has an adjustable lumbar support on both the driver's and passengers seats, as well as the backs also tilt to make both comfortable. The middle arm rest folds down and is wide enough for 2 people to use. There are lots of places to put stuff like CD's and tapes and paper in both doors, the glove compartment and the middle arm rest. I have a young niece and nephew that sometimes ride with me. When a child is with me I can turn off the air bag on the passenger side. For the money this truck has a lot of nice features. To be honest I cannot think of anything bad to say about this truck. I would recommend any one to buy this vehicle, no complaints. I did take it back to the dealer to fix a little wind noise. They had it done within the hour. And so far, there has been 1 recall, that was done quickly. They needed to add brake line clips.
