AAAAHHHH I Can Grill Again!!

For anyone that loves to grill foods all year round or might not have the ability to have a big grill, this is the answer!

When we first moved into our apartment, we didn't quite realize just how much we'd miss a grill. The oven in our apartment is from the 1950's and is literally older than we are. It has no broil capabilities and does not cook evenly. That wouldn't have been too bad except for the fact that my husband's favorite dinner is a nicely grilled steak. Baking a steak just didn't taste the same...and well...we needed to come up with a plan. Our landlord wouldn't allow us to have a charcoal grill. We could have gotten a propane grill, but we live on the 2nd floor, so going all the way downstairs to grill seemed like such a hassle. That was when we came across the George Foreman Electric Indoor/Outdoor Grill. We came across it one day and had a gift certificate for half its price, so we figured we'd give it a shot. Best decision we ever made!
Not only is it easy to use, but the grill fits right into our kitchen. It is sturdy, easy to clean, and cooks everything perfectly! It smelled so good to have the wonderful aroma of steak filling our kitchen! Even 2 years later, we still use it at least once a week, for burgers, steaks, pork chops, chicken, etc. It cooks evenly, gets hot quickly, and cools down just as fast. It came with 2 grilling tools that help to scrape the slats easy and efficiently, and a "drain hole" in the center helps to make cleanup a snap! Its so easy to clean that we literally just scrape the solids and shove them into the hole, then wipe down the rest of the grill!
I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about this grill. It takes up a small amount of space in the kitchen (we never take it down), but if need be, could be stored just as simply. It plugs into a grounded plug in the wall and has a temperature dial for just the right setting.
Now that we're moving into a house, we could buy a big propane or charcoal grill for the backyard....but we definitely don't need to because of this grill!
