Pros: HUGE capacity, sanitize cycle rocks.
Cons: No dispenser for powdered oxy bleach, pedestal is overpriced, needs a catchier name.
Bottom Line:
Buy it. It's not maintenance free, but no front loader is. It's only a few minutes per month for a huge water and energy savings, and the clothes look fantastic.

Pros: GECustomerService has sunk to low a level. The only pro is Lowes customer Service
Cons: We are VERY unhappy with GE customer service. Mr Immelt, can you hear me?
Bottom Line:
Seems GE will not stand behind their products. I Like Buying American, but it seems American made no longer means quality.
