Pros: Free Lifetime Traffic, Lane Guidance Assist, Smoother Map Screen animation, many features
Cons: Animated menus, more stable, AD2P doesn't work (at least with iPhone).

Cons: Inaccurate touchscreen, slow, does not play WMA music files
It's not perfect - Lots of big pluses, some big minuses - buy if you're tolerant of quirkiness. Read More at Epinions.com
