Since being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2004, I have been taking many separate supplements ( CoQ10 with L-carnitine, gingko biloba, ginseng, green teas, cod liver oils etc.) costing me over $140 a month. I was thrilled to find this vitamin powder packed with so many nutrients included and more !! For 1/3 of the cost !!
I was often complaining of a high level of fatigue, lack of energy and aches and pains. At the beginning I really did not believe that a supplement would have a real positive effect on me. My friend, who has been using this for sometime, decided to give me couple of packets at work. I started using this every morning and really monitoring if I could detect any effects. After couple of weeks, I started feeling the urge to go back to the gym. I started exercising. I haven't done that for at least three years.
It has these green foods, including Hawaiian blue-green algae, chlorella, and wheat grass and those are the most potent ingredients, however, 14 vegetables, such as carrots, spinach, and kale, are part of the formula to add to what they call the Super ORAC value.
This is what ORAC means -- Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. It is units, a unit of measurement for antioxidants, developed by the National Institute on Aging in the National Institutes of Health.
