Really, really great espresso shots-I used to work for Starbucks so am familiar with what makes a good shot. I have bought 2--one for the office and one for home. It is large so make sure you have the counter space, including height. I bought mine from WholeLatteLove online. They are great about helping you try to resolve any problems by giving advice over the phone or sending via an e-mail attachment complete instruction sheets. Have not had too many problems and in fact can contribute most to the user (me or family), however, I did have an issue with the shots not being hot enough (therefore strong enough) on one machine, so I sent it, still under warranty, and it was fixed and everything is fine since. The digital readout is a must for any coffeemaker as it tells you, to a certain degree, it something is out of the norm. This machine has digital readout.
