Average espresso
The machine does not make a very good espresso. As a comparison the Lavazza "Espresso Point" (I use in our office) which uses the Lavazza pre-packaged capsules makes far better espresso.
The grinder has always been a problem and has now, after 3 years, failed completely and I have been using the ground coffee option for the past few months. This option is becoming hit or miss too as I load it and sometimes it will make coffee and sometimes it won't. The door of the unit is delicate and the hinge broke early on.
I will be buying a new machine soon, and it won't be a lower end unit.
