The Taurus enters 2005 again available in four models: SE Sedan, SE Wagon, SEL Sedan, and SEL Wagon. All models feature a 3.0L V-6 engine that produces 155 horsepower and 185 ft-lbs of torque. Standard equipment on the Sable includes a four-speed automatic transmission, keyless entry remote system, front and rear mudguards, and power convenience features. The optional Safety and Security Package features traction control, anti-lock brakes, and front side impact airbags. Other available options include a Mach sound system with CD changer, a power moonroof, a rear spoiler, leather seats, and premium wheels.
