The legendary 5.0 litre V8 has gone across town to power the Explorer sports utility, leaving Fords new workhorse V8 Ñ the modular 4.6 litre Ñ to provide upscale power of about the same ability. The real performance news is the decision to bring in the Cobra trim, with its 32-valve version of the 4.6 litre engine that puts out 305 horsepower at 5800 rpm and 300 lbf.-ft. of torque at 4800 rpm. This model, which will be the most expensive Mustang and come with a 5-speed manual transmission only, will be sold only at a few Ford dealers across Canada. There are chassis and suspension changes across the board. Minimize
