Pros: Great job of shredding into very small pieces, minimal noise, no jamming, low maintenance.
Cons: None that I know of.
Bottom Line:
Seriously consider this model. It is compact, moveable, does a great job of shredding, and requires virtually no maintenance.

Cons: Poorly constructed, cheap bin, jams, does not automatically shred dark pieces of paper.
