TiCr X rods feature Flor-grade cork handles and newly designed aluminum reel seats with cushioned hoods, oversized titanium-oxide stripper guides and a beautiful dark-blue finish. Lightweight, durable and built for anglers wanting superior drag performance and aesthetics. Constructed out of 6061-T6 proprietary aluminum alloy, it's fully machined as a one-piece frame and one-piece spool. The drag system is fabricated from Delrin -impregnated Teflon that is heat-resistant, self-lubricating and maintenance-free. The drag is sensitive, precise and capable of protecting light tippets when tangling with trophy-class fish. Each reel is made with a specific diameter and width to maximize the properties of drag consistency and to speed line retrieval. Oil-impregnated bronze bushings mated to a stainless steel spindle allow the spool to rotate smoothly. Made in USA.
