Pros: cooks evenly. browns nicely. stands up in harsh environment

bought this oven about a year ago to use in my eighteen wheeler. (restaurant food is horrible most places i can park)
It is powered by a 2500 watt inverter connected to 4 batteries. I bake mostly pies, biscuits, and chicken. pie crust comes out nicely browned without burning. the handle broke off when i forgot to store oven away and it fell 2 feet to floor. still works good. i keep it stored on the mattress in the bunk to minimize shock.
