I have three cats and have tried all of the clumping clay litters.  I received a coupon for EverClean in the packet of info when I adopted my rescue kitty, Simon, about 6 months ago.  When I rediscovered the coupon in a drawer about three months ago, I decided to give it a try.  I am so glad that I did.  It is more expensive than other litters but the clumping is fantastic.  It is so easy to remove clumps of poop and pee that I went almost two full months without a complete change of the box contents.  I started with EverClean in one box out of three and noticed that there was much less tracking out of that box than the other two boxes as well as less odor.  Clean up with EverClean is so much easier because the urine clumps simply do not fall apart like those formed with the other litters that I have tried so there is much less waste.  The only downside is that it is only available at Pet Specialty stores.  Fortunately, I live near three of the major pet chain stores so usually one of them has it on sale.  I usually buy two boxes on sale when I can.
