The best vacuum I've ever owned

Pros: powerful suction, lightweight, great bristles that  reach into cracks and crevices to get the dust

Cons: upholstery/stair tool, hardwood floor tool don't store on board,
hose needs to be 2 feet longer

Just got it today and the cord doesn't retract

Pros: Powerful suction, ease of use, ultra quiet, wonderful wide floor brush, cord plenty long, attractive.

Cons: Cord doesn't retract, and the wheel marks left on the carpet are not very attractive.
