The EasyShare C613 features a 6.2-megapixel CCD for stunning prints up to 20 by-30 inches, and more megapixels means you can crop and still get a great picture, while Kodak Color Science helps to capture bright, beautiful color. A Kodak AF 3x optical aspheric zoom lens (35 mm equivalent of 36?108 mm) captures crisp details and gets you closer to your subjects without losing picture quality, and 5x digital zoom enlarges your pictures even more. Plus, The EasyShare C613 has the one feature you’ve come to expect - simplicity. Because if your camera is simple to use, you’ll love to take pictures. Minimize

I was shopping for an entry level digital camera for my younger brother when I came across the Kodak C613 at Best Buy. This camera is a good buy at $99. The camera came with a digital frame display. You can display your photos by simply placing your SD card in the frame and with the press of a button watch a slideshow. The frame is a nice bonus. I was looking for something easy to use and that produces good quality photo images. I would rate the photo quality of the C613 as good to excellent. It is a compact, point and shoot style camera. It measures in at 3.6”w X1.5”d X2.6”h and weighs only 4.8 oz. This small, lightweight camera fits nicely in your pocket. With a 2.4” LCD display it is easy to review and delete unwanted photos. Standard resolution is 6.2 megapixels. The camera comes with 16 mega of internal memory and is easily upgraded with a 2 gig SD card. I paid $15 for 2 gigs. Other features include CCD optic sensor, 5x digital zoom, built in flash and built-in microphone for the video. The camera also comes with 10 preset shooting options making it easy to choose the right exposure for your pictures. Other features include blur warning, direct print, audio recording, auto power save, date/time stamp, cropping an image, pictbridge support, USB 2.0 compatibility, in-camera red-eye removal, and display brightness control. The image stabilizer and blur warning are must have features. I don’t care for the fact that it uses two AA batteries. You need to have lots of batteries on hand. I prefer to have a rechargeable battery like I have with my Kodak DX7630 model. I recommend the Kodak C613 camera for the great features offered at a low price.
