Author's Review
Ok, first off I have to say that I took a LONG time to agree with my husband about buying a digital camera. See, I like...well...liked my 35mm.

Then, he bought this camera. I looked at the box and, well, wasn't impressed. I mean,it says the same as all the other cameras, so I thought.

We get it out of the box and, truthfully, I start to maybe like what I see. I can hold it in one hand. The view screen is big, as in almost 3/4 the size of the camera. There is the button that you push for Wide Screen or telephoto. And everything in between.

The delete button is easy to see/use, as is the menu and review. When you take a picture, it stays on the screen for about 10 or so seconds, in which case if you don't like what you see, you can delete.

On the top are the on/off button and the flash button. Also, you can choose what type picture you are taking. There is the video (you need a sd card to do this one), Auto (which is what i use if I want to be sure i get the picture, it will automatically adjust for the lighting),Digital Image Stabilization, which helps to miminize camera shake or subject movement,Close up (for subjects closer then 28 inches And the high iso, for use in low light situations.

I have used this camera in church (did I mention that there is a setting for using the camera in museums and such where you don't want the flash/sound to bother others?), used it to take pictures of my kids playing baseball (there is a setting for sports and another for kids), haven't used it for the fireworks yet, or the sunset or sunrise.

It comes with the software to load into your computer so that you can download the pictures, or you can buy the optional dock to print them out without a computer. It also comes with the USB cable, which you can hook to your computer, OR, if you buy an SD card (I recommend this) you can just go to a store and use their Kodak Machine to print out pictures.

All in all, this camera made me rethink the old 35mm cameras!
