In the beginning, I was very pleased with my buy...

Pros: Sleek design, non-industrial model price, good light-roast coffee, neat cappuccino making add-in.
Cons: Literally impossible to brew dark-roast espresso.
Until I discovered that it works well only with light-roast coffee – water is simply not dripping trough thick, oily, compact dark-roast coffee powder.
The bottom tray is made from plastic and coffee stains are not removable with any common cleaner, including the bottle of special something that was packed in the box. Finally, the pump broke after precisely 1 year (nope, I never ran out of water and I don’t consume more then 2 cups a day).
After all, I’m very frustrated with quality, considering both price and brand name.
