The Neon Highline features many luxury amenities including deluxe sound insulation, front and rear floor mats, a locking glove box and an AM/FM stereo with cassette. Standard safety equipment includes next generation dual front air bags, side impact door beams and child safety locks in the rear. Packages are available which group together such options as air conditioning, premium cloth seats, a security alarm and a keyless entry remote system. The Anti-Lock Brake group is another available package and includes four-wheel disc anti-lock brakes, a tachometer and traction control. Additional options available on the Neon include cruise control, a six-disc CD changer and a Smokers Package. An automatic transmission is also optional.
