The Intrepid is available in three models: Base, ES and R/T. Interior updates include rear seat cup holders in the armrest (ES) and a new 4 disc in dash CD changer. The revised 2.7 liter V6 engine is standard on the Intrepid ES. Its rating of 202 horsepower at 5800 rpm is 2 horsepower more than the Base model. Intrepid ES is also available with an all aluminum 3.2 liter V6 that delivers 225 horsepower. The R/T is equipped with 242 horsepower 3.5 liter V6 engine, performance tuned exhaust and 17-inch aluminum wheels. AutoStick is standard on ES and R/T models. ABS is no longer standard on the ES model. An optional sunroof is now available on the Base model. New on the Intrepid ES, is an optional matching fullsize spare tire. Minimize
