Cheap looking compared to Krups - lots of thin plastic
I've had this product for less than a year - and just sent it to be repaired for the second time. Both times, it just quit working - no more coffee. I am very disappointed given the high cost of this machine. Delonghi customer service forces you to send the machine to a repair center (not them) at your expense. They refuse to replace the machine - despite the recurring problems. I will never buy another Delonghi product of any kind.
