Pros: looks ok
Cons: Plastic, and broke
It makes "ok" coffee, but so does a machine for $9.95 from K-Mart!!! After a year, I have hot water dripping out of the basket all over my counters. Coffee takes too long and there is no difference between the 'strength' knobs. Only nice feature is the separate watertank.
