Pros: excellent coffee, adjustable strength, great espresso, durable
Cons: no auto shut off for warming pad, only 10 cups
had the product for 2 1/2 years and very happy with it.
Just bought my second one, since the first one just broke. the adjustable strength takes some experimenting to get it right, but once set it makes fantastic coffee.
