Pros: VERY easy to use. Good thought as to functionality & look of the design.

Cons: No stainless frothing cup. Must manually switch espresso dial to steam for frothing.

The Bottom Line: 
DEAL for the money since it usually takes @$200 for the equivalent. Sooooooo easy to use. Smooth lines that fit in with modern appliances.

I read the first review of this product on epinions and the author's great review was the final deciding factor that this was the machine for me. I then spent a lot of time searching for the best deal. I found it on Ebay for sale by User ID rtdeli or in his Ebay Store A-2-ZHomeCenter It was Brand New $79.95 Buy-it-Now plus $10 for shipping. It shipped UPS Ground with insurance and tracking and I had it in 4 days.
I had this out of the box as soon as it arrived and put it through the "empty runs" necessary to flush the system. It comes with step-by-step photo directions as well as written. I then made coffee and espresso at the same time. It brews coffee quickly and you have espresso in 2 minutes. There is also safety built in so you can't accidentally open the water tank while pressurized with steam. ONLY thing I don't like is that you have to manually switch the espresso dial to steam in order to froth. If you "miss the window" of timing to do this, you wind up with extra espresso and no steam left to froth.
