Almost 2 years & I still don't have a working machine

Cons: Never got a working machine
1st machine lasted less than two weeks. After several months, yes months, the service center said "DeLonghi keeps sending us the wrong parts" Finally they sent a new machine (seven months after the purchase). Well, 2 points for DeLonghi - except this one only lasted a few days. It's now coming up on two years and the 3rd machine is in the shop. Delonghi still won't give us our money back. I'm wondering which of their assets they would do without for two years. (other than their customer relations department)
