Pros: Delicious espresso/cappuccino/latte. easy to use and clean up. Durable.

Cons: A little noisy, water tank could be better quality, frothing arm could be higher.

The Bottom Line: 
Its a great machine! If i as a beginner can do it in one try, anyone can. Makes great coffee drinks. Reasonable price even at brand new pricing

I have NEVER made espresso, cappuccino or latte before and this was my first attempt. I couldnt see paying the prices at the coffee shops when you can make it at home. so i started researching the machines and I ended up with this product after ALOT of online research and reading a ton of reviews.

I was so surprised how simple it was! you can become a pro in no time! Clean up was quick and easy also.

The machine seems very durable except for the water tank, but i dont see it a problem, i am not taking the tank off and on, but filling it with another container. (i read another review that also mentioned doing this so i did it from the start to avoid any messy spills)

Yes the frothing arm is a little inconvenient (to low), but i didnt have any problems frothing in a regular coffee mug i just had to tilt the mug a little. i will probably invest in a frothing pitcher for easy pouring.

I bought my machine on e-bay for a very reasonable price, as an over stock or display model & possibly factory reconditioned. I first used it today, so i dont know yet the long term durability.
