I highly recommend this crib for its side rail and cost effectiveness.
I was able to purchase this crib at a going out of business sale and got it more than half off. The side rail is its best feature. I can easily slide it up and down while holding my son in my arms. It glides into place quietly so it does not wake him up. The mattress can be set to 4 different levels to adjust as my child grows. It comes in four colors: cherry, natural, oak, and white. When my son is ready for it, I can order a conversion rail from their website and change the crib into a toddler day bed.
