I have had this machine for 2 years now. I do over 10 loads a week, and the only problem I had, was to replace the drain hose. (I do a lot of loads with bleach which is why the hose started to leak.) Repairing it took a simple trip to the hardware store, and about 15 minutes. Even with the abuse my son puts it through it keep on going.
