I was looking for a portable machine to wash not only our family laundry but cloth diapers as well. I was nervous because I really wanted a powerful machine that got the diapers CLEAN!

I did a lot of research and decided on this because of the stainless steel tub and central agitator (as opposed to a pulsating action.)

At first we couldn't hook it up because it didn't fit into our faucet. However, we've had that problem before with our sink and I think it is an unusual diameter or something. We were able to get the right attachement at the local plumbing store.

We've had this machine for about 3 months now and I am so happy with it! It has made my life so much easier. The capacity is small...You know those round laundry baskets? A full load is about one of those. Which is actually perfect for washing a load of diapers, every other day.

It is big enough to do a decent amount of laundry including sheets and towels. And it does a really good job of getting things clean and equally important, rinsing them clean. This machine is definitely powerful enough to clean diapers or any other heavily soiled items.

I really like that it has a setting with 2 rinses. And the manual gives you the exact time that each cycle lasts which makes it easy to add something to the rinse cycle, for instance.

This machine is fully automatic. You just have to screw it into your faucet and turn it on. I only have one faucet--as opposed to separate ones for hot or cold--so I have to remember to come back an switch it to cold before the rinse cycle, but that's no big deal.

I don't like how the drain hose has to be elevated. That might be convenient for someone who has a utility sink near by, but i use it in my bathroom so I had to rig something up to elevate it over my bathtub. And on a few occasions I forgot to do that and ended up with water all over the floor. (If you don't elevate it, the water just flows out of the machine.)

Other than that it has been great! I love the stainless steel tub. I washed a chenile throw blanket and little hairs were EVERYWHERE. But it was surprisingly easy to clean up. Its VERY quiet which was a concern because we aren't supposed to have one.

I highly recommend this, especially for apartment dwellers who want to cloth diaper but don't want to go to the laundramat.
