Pros: uncomplicated, does the job really well, small and not over designed
Cons: once it breaks you need to get a new unit
it does the job, it's quiet and rugged, it worked for us (3-4 loads a week) for over 2 years, we loved it, now it has broken. I called the repairman and as I expected the replacement part is $120 and the labour is $180.
So the conclusion is: this an excellent disposable washing machine but that's it
