Pros: when it does work, it is great
Cons: SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE
We have had our microwave for four years, and have had to replace the display board every single year, and the plastic handle once. Dacor replaced the board every year until this year when the board was one month out of warranty. They recommend me buying a new Dacor microwave at a discount. I paid $806 for this four years ago! This particular unit has been a pure lemon for us.
