Pros: Great thumbnails, easy to use, great remote control, reliable.
Cons: Would sometimes freeze up, timer record would sometimes work and sometimes not.
have had this player for a year and a half and even bought it used from a pawn shop. Overall it has been good but I have had several occasions in which it froze up on me. The remote is nicely laid out however there are empty spaces on the remote that are annoying. I really liked the thumbnails, they were easy to look at, and easy to find, something some don't have. I also like the editing in it. Splitting titles was easy except it would sometimes freeze. The timer is easy to program but would sometimes not record for no reason and would do that for about a week then would go a month with no problems with timer record. Although I always thought the hard drive would die on me first the DVD tray broke and would not move or work. Overall I really liked this player and thought it did a great job considering I bought it used and how long it lasted for me.
