Pros: Ease of use, fast, clean, really good cup of espresso.
Cons: Have to order your coffee from the Nespresso company.
Okay, I always come here to read about products before I make a purchase, and I love this espresso machine so much, I decided to write a review. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered made a horrible wooshing sound and overheated before I ever got to taste a single cup. I got a second machine and it is working fine. Despite the first one not working, the espresso machine seems to be well made, and the espresso is so good and so easy to make, I am very happy. Deliscious crema, deep flavor, easy cleanup. It's like CRACK! I am addicted! Love, love, love this machine.
