Cons: Espresso could be hotter. Cappucinos can be watery. Capsule price arguably high for home espresso.

If you like excellent quality espresso, I highly recommend this machine. Coffee capsules are maybe a bit expensive, but when you factor in the quality, it's still good value.

Pros: Makes EXCELLENT ESPRESSO. Quick delivery for capsules, great selection of blends. Customer service very good.
Cons: Warming tray doesn't get very warm. Capsules only through Nespresso, but shipping is cheap.
Bottom Line:
Does the same thing as $1000 models, but no mess and fuss. Makes excellent espresso, priced well, good selection of capsules, quick delivery for capsules, accessories.
