Cuisinart introduces the new Prep 11 Plus. It boasts a revolutionary motor with alternate speeds for perfect mixing. It has an eleven-cup capacity and features Cuisinart's patent-pending Dough Control technology, which adjusts the speed to automatically ensure proper dough consistency. The Supreme Wide Mouth Feed Tube is two and a half times the size of any other food processor on the market today and is constructed of a single piece located at the front of the machine for added convenience. This food processor is a great addition to anyone's kitchen. It saves me a lot of time and makes my job as a wife and mother much easier.
What did I do before the Cuisinart DLC-2011 PowerPrep Plus 11 Cups Food Processor? I use it nearly every day. I was given this food processor as a gift from my husband. I think it is probably one of his favorite things he has ever given to me because it saves me so much time that I am able to throw together homemade meals even with my busy schedule.
Time-saving: My favorite aspect about my Cuisinart is the fact that I can cook healthy, homemade meals for my family without slaving in the kitchen all day. The Cuisinart is very quick and easy to assemble. There are very few parts but it is small enough that it can be stored very easily. It is really handy just to whip out of the cupboard whenever I need it.
Versatile: I use my Cuisinart for several different tasks. It quickly and evenly dices vegetables, slices fruit, grates cheese, chops nuts and mixes dough. I literally use it every time I make a homemade meal. My family loves homemade salsa. It used to take me over an hour to chop all of the ingredients and combine them. Now I am finished in twenty minutes and I have extra time to spend with my family and enjoy the salsa and company.
Easy to clean: All of the attachments that come with the Cuisinart are dish-washer safe and stain resistant. The blades are all stainless steel, so clean up time is a breeze. The only thing I have to wash by hand is the base, and the surface is smooth so it cleans off easily. Also, the Cuisinart comes with a three year warranty, which I have never had to use.
My opinion about the Cuisinart DLC-2011 PowerPrep Plus 11 Cups Food Processor: I love the Cuisinart food processor! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It has been a very useful addition to my kitchen, and I wouldn't want to have to be without it.
