For those who only need a small amount of something and do not mind having to do chopping before hand not a bad thing. Read More

Not up to par with the Cuisenart name.

Author's Rating: Rating: 2/5 stars

Pros: Small size. Powerful motor for grinding coffee/ice.

Cons: Motor too powerful. Even on low speeds.

Bottom Line:
This isn't very easy to use based on the speeds. It's not easy to clean. Less expensive food processors with more speed control would be better. Read More

Never Touch Another Knife? Not with this Cuisinart.

Author's Rating: Rating: 1/5 stars

Pros: Small

Cons: Doesn't make uniform pieces, still to dirty knife and a cutting board

Bottom Line:
Skip it. This processor does not do the job any better than a knife and gives you more to clean. Read More

Cuisnart DLC-3A

Author's Rating: Rating: 1/5 stars

Pros: Basic small batch chopping where appearance and water content are unimportant.

Cons: Workmanship (stopped four months after warranty)
Made in China
Poor Customer Service
No Needed Parts

Bottom Line:
I would not buy this or a similar grade processor from Cuisinart given the poor workmanship of the product and the Company's poor response. Read More
