Finally, a great toaster

Pros: defrost feature, easy to clean and the crumb tray can be completely removed.
Cons: none as yet after 10 months of use
I live in a resort area and in the summer time I have 15 family members visiting me quite frequently. Their ages range from 9 to 66 so many different hands are using the toaster every day, several times a day. We freeze the bread, bagels, and English muffins. We all love the defrost feature. The toaster is easy to clean and the crumb tray is removable so it can be completely cleaned without having to turn the toaster upside down and shaking it. I would give this Cuisinart Custom Control Total Touch 4-Slice Toaster a 5 star rating. I haven't found anything negative as yet and it has been in use about 10 months. In fact two of my friends have requested it for a Christmas present.
