Pros: Very easy to use, huge amount of storage, cheaper than Ipod.
Cons: It is a bit large (thick), which I don't mind, but some people may.
Really great mp3 player. The head phones are better than the IPod's headphones. The hard drive is huge. Nice screen, and I also like the scroll wheel. It came with a nice case, which conveniently allows access to the power button, head phone jack, charger plug, and lock.
Battery life is excellent. I went days with out charging it. It still had plenty of battery after about 15 hours. That is much better than the Ipod.
People say things that the IPod is the easiest to navigate. The menus in the Ipod and the Zen are virtually identical.
I work at Staples, and I bought the Zen 40 GB for $290-%12 Staples associate discount-40 dollar mail in rebate. final cost was $215+tax. That price cannot be beaten.
