Don't buy unless you are DESPARATE, see if others will lend you a car seat/booster.
I picked up one of these for $4.00 at a thrift shop, new in it's box and I now know why it was there. It is only used in my husbands truck so that we don't have to move the big booster seat. Fortunately my daughter doesn't ride in the truck often. It is difficult to install, hard to make tight with the seat belt and kids like to see out of the window and with this they can't see anything but the stereo controls. If there is anyone that should have one of these it should be in a taxi because I have never seen people get into a taxi that have toddlers and had a carseat for there child. Even this would save a child fron getting seriously hurt.
