Nice camera but not all features included
Pros: Takes good pictures and has an on screen menu to customize your settings.
Cons: Drains batteries fast, has no sound on video clips.
The Bottom Line:
I recommend this camera because it is very easy to use and anyone can figure it our without the manual (if you lose it).
I lucked up on this 4 megapixel auto focus camera at Ebay for $78. It was well worth the money I paid for it. Some of it's features are a 1 1/2 in LCD display that can be turned off to conserve battery life, 3x optical 6x digital zoom, video clip capable (without sound), continuous shot, easy to use and comes with camera drivers and software.
It is easily customizable with on screen menu. It is also compatible with Mac if you have that as well as regular PC. It has a macro mode for close up shots but I have not been able to use that as of yet so I cannot rate it. It has some internal memory and can use SD memory cards. It uses 2 AA batteries but drains them really fast so I suggest rechargeable batteries.
It takes great pictures but has the digital lag so unless you can predict when a picture moment will occur, chances are you will miss it. High drain on batteries, they last for maybe a day if you don't take a lot of pictures. No sound on the video clips. Needs time to auto focus so capturing a picture in an instant is not recommended.
To sum it up, it's a nice camera BUT I would spend a little more well earned money and get a different camera if you are not a beginner.
