The Bottom Line:
Easy to use, and very cool. Not easily expandable and kind of expensive
Great unit to work with. As a software developer I use my ipaq to test several CE apps I have written. The infrared port is really hard to work with, unless you're connnecting to another IPAQ. You can also get it with bluetooth, which is supposed to be really cool.
The battery life is acceptable, and the screen can be seen inside as well as outside.
It would be nice to be able to have a CF slot built in. I this case, you have to buy an adapter (30 dollars) which takes the ability of using the screen cover away from the IPAQ.
It's really fast if you get the 64 MB version, but don't plan to put MP3's in it, since your unit will slow down to a crawl
