Pros: nice size, cheap price, good range on k band
Cons: x band is really sensitive
The Bottom Line:
I would definately get this if your range is like below $100. If you can afford it go to the cobra 9860. Check ebay!
This was my first ever radar detector. I loved it. Worked well on the highway. One time i was driving up a hill and the k band went off. I heeded the warning and came over the hill and there was a speed trap. That made me felt good! lol....Only reason i got rid of it was that i got a better price on a cobra 9860 that has a compass...very cool. I normally depended on my eyes while on trips, but there was no way i could have saw this coming over the hill...get this product (unless you got the money for the 9860)
