I don't know where to begin. I purchase this item brand new on February from an authorized dealer and three months later I encountered my First time problem. I decided to send it back to Clarion directly instead of bringing it back to the place where I bought it. This is with the thought of factory service repair will be superior to other. I WAS SO WRONG!! So far I had this item sent back to them twice already and this will be the 3rd time. I have the item in my car for only a week then I have to take it out again for repair. All the same problem was the same. Their repair doesn't last for more than a week! After a week use, the problem comes back. I told them to check the unit completely before sending it back to me. I am so dissatisfied with this unit. I hope you guys won't make the same mistake I did. I believe that I was sold a defective item and I just want them to correct this.

I'm sorry about the first time. I was so mad writing that letter because I just finished talking to the customer service representative.
