Pros: Great when working. Nice Display. Feature Rich. Quality Audio.
Cons: Horrible service and Repairs. No Replacement units. Locating separate brain unit.
This is a great product, but here are the problems: When units need repair, Clarion won't be there. They do not build extra brain units for replacement, leaving you with unusable & unsellable Head Unit. Call Clarion for anything service/repair....it's a black hole. No replacement parts. Repair costs are higher than new unit! Brain is horrible for locating vs. all in one units! I've used my VRX935VD for 3 months out of 7 months as an example to the above statement, with still no resolve. I would not buy another Clarion HU.
