Good looking truck

Pros: Very unique versatile vehicle
Cons: Worried about continued electrical problems.
The Bottom Line:
Good buy if you are only going to keep it a few years otherwise pass.
UPDATE: Had to replace transmission at 125,000 miles, Had water pump go out at 135,000 miles. Still have problem with AC not working at times and blowing extremely hot air out of vents. Overall disappointed in reliability and will think twice about buying Chevy again. Traded it in for a Ford.
I have over 114K miles on it. No major problems. I still like the way it looks and so glad they got rid of that ugly plastic side molding. Very unique vehicle with unique features like lockable storage on both sides of bed and three piece removable bed cover. What other truck has cup holders molded into the tailgate? It's an SUV and and a real truck when I want it to be. Only problem has been electrical. For some reason the AC will suddenly go crazy and start blowing very hot air no matter what I do to controls to stop it. Very infrequent - I found that turning the ignition off and restarting makes the demon go away. R/S door lock also starting to make a strange noise. Easy to drive - taught my 15 year old in it. It's a truck - so gas mileage isn't great. Paint still looks good and is holding up well. Removable panels have faded but I have not tried to clean up. Hooks in bed also very unique and usable. Have not done any real maintenance other then oil changes - still original plugs. First set of OEM tires lasted over 70K miles! I have no desire to trade it in and will be likely driving it well past the 200K mark.
